Fastest Electrode Changer Once the electrodes are loaded in the cassettes it takes only 10 seconds to change the electrode, this is the fastest timc to date. This optimises the machining time and minimises the non productive time for production applications. 32 cassettes The cartridges type automatic electrode changer (AEC) can be loaded with cartridges with different size electrodes or electrodes of the same size This feature allows holes of varying size to be drilled in the workpiece/component without any operator intervention making it very practical for production applications

6 axis
The concept of the development is to introduce the EDM drilling process to a larger range of applications, the maximum of 6 axis (including 2 optional axis) permits it to be used for a greater range of production app]ications.

Windows 95 is used as the operating system on the CNC, this well known and easy to use system makes it simple to change from job to job, 16 operational programs are installed in the unique control program which the customer can easily modify to suit his own process requirements. It is easy to monitor both the program and the machining status on the 10.4 inch TFT color screen.

The maximum 57 amp lp generator guarantees stable machining with electrodes from 0.2mm through to 3.0mm machining conditions can be selected using the infinitely variable settings "Ip" 2-57 amps, "Ton" 1-999 micro sec , "Toff" 1-999 micro sec., these setting allow the selection of ideal settings for each job
